Conditions of participation/exclusion of withdrawal

By registering, the participant accepts the organizer's disclaimer of liability for personal injury or property damage of any kind.
The organizer accepts no liability for damage caused by force majeure. If the race is canceled due to force majeure, or by order of public authorities, or for the protection of the participant, any costs already incurred (registration fees) will not be refunded.

The participant further acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to a refund of the participation fee after registration.

This applies in particular to restrictions/adjustments to the race (of any kind) that are imposed by the authorities or are necessary.

Furthermore, the participant declares that he/she is medically fit and that there are no medical concerns regarding participation. He/she agrees to be removed from the race by the organizer in the event of obvious health problems.
The participant will be disqualified if he/she leaves the official route, shortens it, or uses technical aids (such as a bicycle/bicycle escort).

By registering, the participant declares that the personal data provided in the registration form may be stored and that this data, as well as any photos, film recordings, and interviews made in connection with the event, may be published on radio, television, in advertising, in books, and on our website without any claim to remuneration.
Photos may not be used for commercial purposes. Our photo service Foto-Team-Müller has the photo license to distribute our competition photos. Any further marketing by photographers who have not entered into a written agreement with the organizer is not permitted.
